"Called on a Saturday and problem was taken care of promptly. It was even more expensive than normal since it was on the weekend. Plumber did a good job. Plumber had to remove commode and run the snake through the line to unstop it and reset commode."

"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step. We thank God Benjamin Franklin plumbing understood that right now money is definitely tight, everything came out great! So glad to have a reliable plumbing service."

"Wes is prompt, courteous, professional and honest. My project was to replace a terracotta section of the sewer line which runs from my house to the county's main sewer line. I could not be happier with the completion of the project which was accomplished in one day. Wes took care of every detail including lining up the county inspector, someone to locate other utility cables and lines which were buried close by, and even being careful in trying not to damage my lawn with the excavating equipment.....This was an excellent experience with Allstate Plumbing."
