"1. This contractor and his service and installation was a total nightmare. They busted some water pipes under the house by striking the sewer vent pipe on top of the house, driving it down and breaking the supply lines to my bathroom. This action flooded under my house. 2. When it rains hard. Water enters the improper exhaust vents installed from my heater and range hood. Water enters my heating unit and leaks through under the house and onto my stove. Contractor refused to fix a week afterwards, telling me to contact BBB or Roc. He does not return my calls and did not show up for two appointments that were scheduled. Beware of hiring this contractor!"

I first contacted him in October to have this one in the early part of January and circumstances presented themselves that I had to keep postponing it but he was very easy to work with. He accepted extending the time period to get this work completed. The estimate was originally three days but he completed all the work in two days. Mike and John, are very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and polite. They did a great job. They replaced broken, and off color tiles, with the exact tiles that are on our roof. Hard to find, cement tiles, red. Capped all of the ends, replaced skylights. Their crew was fast and efficient! Excellent job!"
