Very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping dust to a minimum. Repeatedly apologized about the noise, which was unavoidable. His crew is very skilled and precise with their work - beautiful miter work on a Zellige-look ceramic tile. They showed up on time every day and completed the work extremely efficiently; we were shocked at how quickly they were able to get this project done. They cleaned up every day and left the workspace tidy. We had a small correction that needed to be made at our plumber's request and Kevin had his crew come and make the fix no prob. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to hire them again for a future tile project."

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
