They walked us through the process.  They taped the marble tile around the tube, taped the fixtures, put tarps on the floors from the front door all the way to the bath tub.  They also made the tub bottom anti slip.  The process was about 3 a half hours.  The whole process was painless and the results were fantastic.  Would definitely use them again

The job was easy to set up.  We communicated mostly by voicemail messages in the beginning but spoke in person prior to scheduling the job.  They were professional and the job was priced fairly.  I didn't actually see the end product, but I did not get any negative feedback from my tenant, which means they were satisfied with the way the sink looked.   I would definitely use this company again.  Thanks!

The guys were professional, on time and very careful. Reglazoing can be dusty and messy but this company covered all exposed walk areas and protected eveything around it so the job was very clean and perfect.  mary, los angeles

We had a few projects going at the same time as to get a home ready to sell. Ron arrived on the day we agreed on with his crew. Never have meant a nicer person. His crew took great care in protecting the wood floors in and out of their working area. They masked off all areas in the bathroom and laundry areas with plastic and controled the fumes so other workers could continue their jobs. When the glazing was dry they came back, removed all the masked off tape etc, and left a beautiful job. Our blue bathroom and pink shower were now a beautiful white and looked like new. We had a few scratches that tile floor layers made and Ron came back and fixed them for us at no charge.  My lesson learned was reglaze last, not first!  Will never remove tile again when reglazing and Ron are still available.

I had had the tub re-glazed once before, so the price was increased by $50. It was a great experience. Ron was very helpful. Nothing got dirty. No sanding residue came out when they sanded. They were clean and thorough, very neat. I didnt even compare pricing, but I feel like this was a fair price.

Ron Moreno of New Image Reglazing and his assistant did an excellent job. They were very careful to protect all surfaces, to sufficiently ventilate the fumes generated and to thoroughly clean all surfaces when completed. They were prompt and professional. They willingly adjusted their schedule to fit with our other contractors.  All was great. Our tub looks beautiful and we are very pleased. We highly recommend New Image Reglazing.

Ron Moreno made the entire process easy.  I arranged everything via email and sent Ron photos of the work that needed to be completed.

They showed up on time and had the job completed in a day.  They are extremely clean and neat.  I am definitely using them again.  We have another apartment to renovate and the tub and kitchen sink need to be reglazed.

Ron Moreno and his crew reglazed our old bathtub and did a great job  for a fair price, all in about three hours' time.  We found him through Angie's List a couple of years ago and had worked with him on another house, so we knew his work was good. Thorough, professional, pleasant and efficient! Highly recommend these guys if you want your old bathtub to look like it's brand new! And we know from the last job that his work stands the test of time if you care for the finish properly - no abrasives, no bleach. Great experience with this company!

Prep guys showed up on time. Worked quietly and quickly. Protected everything in sight.
everything went exactly as described including the price. I love not having any surprises.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering reglazing a fixture. It is an inexpensive way to extend the life of it.

Ron and his crew were punctual, quick and very professional. I set up the job over the phone and the work began a week later. They did a great job taping off the bathroom so there was no over spray. They also put down a plastic runner from the bathroom to the front door so they would not track any dust through the house. When the workers opened my bathroom window to vent the fumes they noticed a small birds nest right outside the window, so they carefully re-routed the fumes through a tube to another window in the house so the baby birds wouldn't be harmed. I really appreciated their attention to detail and this type of thoughtfulness ! My 100 year-old tub looks brand new. I can't say enough positive things about this company and the work they do! Use with confidence.

They they were professional, efficient and careful. The lead guy walked me through the process and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. The two guys began by laying down plastic floor cover from the front door to the bathroom. They spent about two and a half hours just prepping the tub and tapping off everything in the bathroom. Before starting the spraying process, they called me in to inspect the prepped surface - all of the items I pointed out (and more) they had corrected. They sprayed the surface, after which I got a brief glimpse of the finished product. We did as they directed, stayed out of the room for 24 hours. When they (owner and the two guys working for him) returned Sunday morning to remove, the masking paper, I looked at the small imperfections on the edge of the tub. The owner (Ron) said that was not the problem he say and he began to point out imperfections on the bottom of the tub. He got down and started sanding and cleaning the area before he painted the area. He said that the website shows a two year guarantee, but he actually gives a three year warranty.

Ron's crew was punctual, effecient and very professional. I set up the job over the phone and the work was conducted exactly as promised. The finished job looks very good and meets my expectations for a quick and effective solution to tub refinishing. I was a bit surprised to learn that chlorine cleaners can't be used on the new finish and can only hope tenants will observse this restriction. I would recommend New Image Reglazing.

Looks great but I wish I would have purchased new fixtures before they started so they could install them for me. On time and professional. Came back the next day to inspect work and pick up payment.

Ron returned my call the next day after I left a message, and we set up an appointment for the following day. The guys showed up on time and were very courteous and professional, and very respectful of my home. The stripping process is very toxic so they brought a special extractor, since I don't have a window in the bathroom, and took the tube out through the nearest window. They taped plastic in my bedroom, where the extractor tube fed through, so it wouldn't get dusty. They did a fantastic job on the tub. It took about 3.5 hours, which is what Ron told me it would take. I have a dog, so he advised me not to let her near the bathroom, so her hair wouldn't get in the finish. He gave me detailed instructions how to care for the tub when it was ready to use. The guys left and took down most of the plastic, leaving only what paper they needed to near the tub. Another crew came in the next day to remove the paper, do some sanding touch up, and caulk. They were equally professional and respectful. They asked how I wanted the caulking done. They also gave me cleaning instructions. The second day's work was probably 15-20 minutes or so. And that was it! It looks great. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Ron and your New Image Crew

Overall, it was good. Ron returned my phone calls promptly, he and his crew arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves well. However, he did not volunteer much information about the process and I wish I had asked more questions before engaging them. We had adhesive flowers stuck onto the tub -- they had been there for years. When I phoned him to set a date for the work, Ron confirmed that we would need to remove the stickers. We did so with a razor blade. However, we did not sand off all remaining evidence of the adhesive. Ron's crew removed all stains on the bottom of the tub; however, if you look closely through the re-glazing, you can still see the outline of some of those stickers. We did not discuss enough beforehand how much prep work we needed to do and how much they would do. Also, we only have one bathroom in the house. We knew that we could not use the tub for 24 hours. But I did not know that the masking of all the fixtures would stay up until the next day. I would have removed some necessary items from the medicine cabinet if I had known it was going to be taped and papered shut. If I had asked better questions, it would have been a better experience.

Ron and his team were great. I called and had an appointment the next week. The guys showed up on time and sealed off the entire area just in case of any dust/overspray. Finish came out great with no overspray/overrun. Ron even made the trek out to Glendale for me (from El Segundo) to perform the work. His guys even came back the next day to caulk and clean up any remaining mess. Will definitely call again for any other refinishing needs.

.The owner showed up as promised on time. His technician was clean and friendly and work diligently all day. The job was finished in about 6 hours. It looked great. This was done about 4 months ago and to date it still looks great. One advantage I had not realized was with reglazing tile there is no place for mold to start. It stays really clean. I will probably use them again

I first called in January, because the sink was looking a bit grubby. My tenant asked if the sink could be re-glazed. I called several companies, and got different prices and asked many questions. Ron went into the most detail. I let him know I need to give it some thought. 5 -6 months later I called back, and he let me know his prices had increased but he would honor the original pricing. I gave him the address and phone number of the tenants. The tenants called and they let me know he looked at the sink and said the re-glazing wouldn't work. He gave the sink a really good clean. It now looks shiny and sparkling new. He didn't charge for anything the visit.

I hired New Image Reglazing to refinish two bath tubs and a kitchen sink. I was pleasantly impress by the responsiveness and the profesionalism shown by its owner, Ron Moreno. Even though I am located somewhat at the outskirts of the area usually served by his company, he promptly followed up with me to make sure we schedule the job before my friends from out-of-state were going to arrive. The crew he sent took special care to make sure that the work area is clean and did a great job isolating the work area from the rest of the house which was very important as this can be a very messy job if it is not contained properly with plastic sheets. The tubs looked like new after they finished the job and they still look like that now, almost 5 months after they completed the job. Replacing the tibs would have cost us so much more and would come with the mess that a major job like that creates. As a side job, I asked them to reglaze my kitchen sink, although Ron warned me that a kitchen sink undergoes more use and wear and the finish might not hold as well. They did a great job and my sink still looks great after so many months of use. However, be mindful of the fact that reglazing a kitchen sink will not look like a new procelain sink. We did it as atemoprary solution, until we remodel our kitchen but it holds so well that I am tempted to push the remodeling later in the year. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job that this company did for me and I would recommend it to anyone.
