    We took three bids to add an ADU to our property and Supreme Remodeling Inc and Senior Project Manager Eran Jeda stood out WAY above the rest. Eran Jeda is clearly very experienced in his profession. He quickly scoped out our property and mentioned several things to consider that the other companies didn't. He quickly provided a scope of work and estimate and answered every question quickly and thoroughly.     The adage “You get what you pay for” rings true with MF Construction. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. Mike showed us several of his projects as well as his own custom home. We were extremely impressed with the end results. After reviewing several competitive bids, we selected Mike because of his 40+ years of experience in building high-quality homes. During the construction of our ADU, Mike was just a text or phone call away. He kept us informed of upcoming events and visited our job site almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. He was present at all 12 of the City inspections. Every step along the way, we noted the high quality of materials Mike uses from the Ganahl lumber to the thick insulation and roofing paper to the copper pipes and shower hot mop, and mold-resistant drywall. Mike uses materials which meets or exceeds code requirements. Everyone on Mike’s team is extremely skilled in his/her craft, many having worked with him for decades. Mike is old school and does not take any shortcuts. Along with high quality construction and materials, Mike is extremely efficient. Our ADU was completed in four months, as promised. Progress was made every day. From the rough work to the finishes, Mike scheduled his team members just in time which resulted in an extremely efficient and smooth workflow. Mike builds with his heart. His passion is infectious which inspires his team members to do their best work. The results are evident in the finished product. Our neighbors and friends are extremely impressed with the quality and build of our ADU. If you value a well-built home and appreciate attention to detail, you will not be disappointed with Mike Maman. You WILL get what you pay for with MF Construction

    We were referred to Construction Masters by a business associate of ours. My wife and I have been thinking of remodeling our home for quite some time. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted our home to look like. We met with Mickey Cohen. He is a very good guy that is full of energy. He listened to what we wanted and gave us some options; after two hours of meeting Mickey, my wife and I agreed to hire Construction Masters. Mickey was there every day, making sure the work was going smoothly. We had few issues along the way, but he found to each case a quick solution. We have been so pleased with their work that we ended up giving them our landscaping project as well. If you want a high quality company that you can trust, call Construction Masters

    I recently remodeled my house and was sorely disappointed. I was a bit gun shy to try again, but changed my mind after being stuck ay home during the covid lockdown. I decided to find a new contractor, and was lucky enough to find Mark Besnos, the owner of Horizon Construction and Remodeling. Mark was able to make my vision a reality, which was no small task. He worked with my designer, Misti Riedel and I and had the patience of a saint. This time around, it was an enjoyable experience. I wake up every morning and walk out into the main living area with a big smile on my face. Before Mark remodeled, my place was so drab. I truly love my house and thank everyone for helping me

    We recently added a full master suite and a new retaining wall at ground level of our existing home. We interviewed several contractors and decided on Shenon Construction to build our addition. Tom Shenon is the principal owner and licensed general contractor of Shenon Construction. The estimated costs were reasonable and within our budget, and Tom worked with us to keep our costs down without sacrificing quality. More importantly, we felt a connection to Tom Shenon, as he is sincere and honest, but knowledgeable and professional in his approach to our needs. The work is now complete, and we are entirely pleased with the outcome of our new addition. Needless to say, the process of adding nearly 400 square feet to a structure, especially in Southern California, is a very complicated and detailed endeavor. There are many strict building and environmental regulations and permitting requirements set forth by numerous governmental entities, as well as homeowners association requirements that we had to navigate. The difficulty of getting through architectural planning, engineering, and city permitting was compounded during the COVID pandemic, but Tom and his design/architectural/engineering team did an excellent job to design our project and guide us through the processes and procedures necessary to complete the process timely and thoroughly. He is a competent contractor and knowledgeable in his field. He allowed us to select and purchase all owner-supplied fixtures and materials ourselves, or use his design and supplier team to obtain required items at the best prices. We used a mixture of contractor-recommended suppliers as well as obtaining our own selection of items based on our personal preferences. All of the subcontractors, project supervisors, and trade craftsmen were superb. They were courteous and respectful of our property, trustworthy, and extremely skillful in their trades. The craftmanship is amazing and resulted in a beautiful, comfortable addition. All the suppliers and subcontractors used by Shenon Construction went above and beyond to help us obtain needed items at reasonable prices in a timely manner. Based on the results of our project, we feel we definitely made the correct choice in Shenon Construction to complete our addition, and we consider Tom and all the craftsmen involved in our project to be long-term friends. We have no regrets, and we look forward to living in our lovely remodeled home

    We selected Horizon Construction & remodeling in Fullerton because of their high rated reviews and we felt very comfortable with David Eskin the project manager. we thought he will be a good match since we will need to communicate with him on daily basis for the entire length of our remodel. He helped us design our new kitchen and bathroom and select materials while keeping up to code. we wanted to achieve clean and simple look, more space on our counters along with timeless design.     This my experience with Horizon Construction and Remodeling, and why I recommend them. This is the second time that I have hired a contractor. The first time was a bathroom remodel, and it was a disaster, so I was very apprehensive about hiring another contractor. We needed to remodel our kitchen, so I had no choice. I did my due diligence and research and called three companies to interview. All three I had no prior knowledge of or experience with. Out of the three bids, there was a high, a medium, and a low. After talking to them one more time I went with the medium bid company. That company is called Horizon Construction and Remodeling. It turns out I made the right choice. My experience with this company is the complete opposite from my first experience with a contractor. My Project Manager was Mark, who did an outstanding job of keeping the project moving quickly efficiently. His crews showed up on time, were professional and did quality work, from plumbing to electrical to framing to painting to cabinets all were done to my satisfaction. If something was not done to my satisfaction (which was rare), I just let Mark know about it and he would send someone to either redo or touch-up the work. Mark would visit the job site frequently. I feel Mark is honest and has his customer’s best interest at heart. There were a couple of times when he could have charged me extra money for items that came up during the project, but he did not. Like any project we had to make some changes along the way, and Mark is very willing to work with you to make sure that you get what you want. Mark will listen to your ideas plus he has many ideas himself. He helped us a lot with our kitchen design. They started my project Oct. 11, 2001. My wife and I were hoping to have the project done by Christmas. They had it done in 7 weeks in time for Thanksgiving! The inside staff is led be Enna. They make sure everything is ordered on time. They even arrange for inspections. They are very polite and efficient and responsive. We are doing our doors and windows next and we going to have Horizon Construction and Design do the work.     I completely renovation my 1 bedroom condo in the City of Fullerton. Everything was removed from flooring walls kitchen bathroom walk in closet. The outcome was outstanding. I couldn't believe how great everyting. Turnedd out.. Every time I come home it's like walking into a model home.. I enjoy Everything and my favorite place is kitchen and patio BBQing and watching sports on my new patio TV
