"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed]. As you know when we originally did the work for you, almost 5 years ago we had a wonderful experience with you and based on your glowing review, at that time, you did too. Fast forward to 2024 we came out to diagnose the leak & we pointed out that the water was coming from the area where the silicone had been removed at the bench. We don’t know why it was, but it was. The water leak was running on top of the hot mop, not under it. There was nothing wrong structurally. As discussed, the problem arose when you hired a 3rd party contractor who advised you to BREAK OPEN YOUR SHOWER TILE, therefore causing damage to the waterproof membrane which was totally unnecessary. Our goal is always, the complete satisfaction of our clients & we think that shows in our over 100 A+ reviews. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and this has never happened, nor has anyone ever broken open the waterproof seal/membrane. We are a family-owned business & we LOVE what we do.
