Concept Renaissance Handyman Services is a newly established handyman company serving the Jacksonville area. We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service, fair prices and a job well done. We offer a wide variety of services so "Ask! We Probably Do It!"

"Consumers Beware!!! We did not choose to use Concept Renaissance Services. They were chosen for us by Lowe's for a water heater installation. The plumbing portion of the work was completed very well. The electrical portion of the work was not performed adequately. The technician indicated he had difficulty with the connection as the wire was, in is words "tight and tricky". A few weeks after the installation, we noticed sparks from the top of the heater and no hot water. We contacted Lowe's and was informed CRS would not come back to deal with the repair as they felt this was more of an issue requiring an electrician. They felt a water heater was a simple install and that their work would not cause this. Totally untrue. Lowe's is hiring the electrician and is going to make this situation right. However, is this is a reflection of their quality and attitude, I would not recommend any consumer use Concept Renaissance Services. They obviously will not stand behind their work and offer a quick resolution to any issues they are are connected with."
