He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! "Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."
