Absolutely love the system. The sound is like a theater !! The tech Leyland was amazing and really knows his stuff. He was amazing to work with and great attitude! I would hire tison again without question for any needs I have. Still amazed at the sound of the system !

Chris Ayarza came in and completed the job perfectly, even helped with assisting on a couple electrical jobs I had planned to take on myself. When the job was completed, I noticed the AC stopped blowing cold air but they came in next day to finish up with labeling our new panel and also spent some time to fix the issue. Overall great experience and learned some new tricks too

Juan was frankly fantastic. He was a consummate professional who came in, got the job done perfectly, and even took the time to explain what he was doing so I better understood how everything in my attic was laid out. I’d hire him again in a millisecond. Juan was able to run new cables that replaced the damaged ones the builder put in. 10/10 service and results.

Driving on the Buckman bridge behind a company truck this morning just to watch the driver of Tusing Sound & Security truck throw trash out the window which blew over the side of the bridge and into the St. John’s River. Truck #12 It is totally unacceptable for a local company to allow employees to liter into our city’s waterway. Coincidentally, I have been researching local companies to install a security new system and I’ve decided Tison won’t be getting my business because of this incident.

BEWARE OF TISON SOUND & SECURITY The pre-wire was non operable in several areas of our new home and a live wire left hanging from our garage/kitchen entry. Workmanship is appalling. SPENT $2k had to pay another vendor to fix part of issues with non operable contacts and will still need to pay someone to fix wire & box issues. Owner Shawn states work looks just fine!! You be the judge and tell me this is quality for a brand new home!

"Sir, as much as you say it doesn’t work, as you can plainly see it’s not even hooked up to anything. We prewire homes. Your Sheetrock contractor left the wire out, and your finish guy didn’t put the wire in the correct place. We couldn’t have anything work if it’s not actually hooked up to anything. We wired up a prewire and in order for things to actually work you need the actual system installed for anything to work."

The installation went fairly quick. The technicians explained everything as they went along & further explained the operation after installation was complete. We had to have Tison come out & install another feature the builder forgot & the technician was helpful enough to go over some of the details I either forgot or didn't quite grasp the first time. He tested the system again & gave me some pointers which help a lot...we haven't had a security system in over 25 years, so its all new to us!

The owner and another gentlemen came out and gave us an estimate. The technicians came and did an awesome job of hanging our TV plus hooking up all the components and explaining in great detail how everything works. We would totally recommend this company!
