At Happy Homes of Jax., Inc. We take a lot of pride, not just in our work but, also in our business. We are Sub-Contractors not General Contractors. We now accept financing options at this time. We accept all major credit cards, cash & checks.

"Merrell was a very nice guy who came off as able to do just about anything. After we signed a contract and the work started, first payment made, we started to notice he had bought material far in excess of what was needed (insulation, tile pieces, sealant). Additionally, he was very wasteful with buckets of mortar. He also rushed work as in trying to seal grout before it had fully cured. In regards to his wood work, I am looking at a fireplace mantel with several uneven cuts. He never completed the framing in of the bathroom window so will need to hire someone else to do that. He had us schedule the shower glass people prior to his completion so they were unable to measure and had to come back another day. Most days he worked 4 hours or less, so lots of disruptions. Help from the homeowner was needed on several occasions, though he didn't ask for it but he was getting bogged down. In the roughly 100 hours he spent on the projects, there was a lot of down time. His crew was working on another project that seemed to be a distraction for him. Overall, the projects are now left unfinished and looking for another contractor to reliably complete them."

Tillman Septic Pumping is a women owned & operated septic company. TPS operates out of Jacksonville Florida. 5 full time employees. We only subcontract to stay caught up on our schedule. We have a $75 trip charge to inspect problems, the trip charge is rolled into other services if performed during that trip. Our prices are based on trip length from our shop.

No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company."
