    The reason I am reaching out to you, is because I have exhausted all efforts with customer service for Blue by ADT. I purchased $1,000 worth of equipment. There was difficulty setting up, and I contacted Technical Support. There were five phone calls made on Sunday, August 16. The service ranged from really helpful to being told Technical Support was not available on the weekends. Every time time I spoke to someone I was disconnected. After dealing with the General Public for so many decades, I was being very nice and calm. So, I could not believe they were hanging up on me. I tried emailing customer support and received a generic response, just telling me the phone number and times available to call. I tried Facebook messenger and was promised a call 24-48 hours, which never occured. I called Technical Support again on Wednesday, August 19th and spoke to a really nice person Sarah who actually was able to determine what the issue was, I needed to unblock my ports with my cable prorovided. She promised to call me directly the next day at 4:15pm. However, the call never came. During that time, we actually decided to upgrade our router and cable equipment. Today, Sunday, September 14, we set up our new router and attempted to set up ADT Blue. I was able to connect the Livingroom Indoor camera, but was not able to connect it to the WiFi. I spoke to a woman named Jody, who tried to walk me through the process, she too was confused. She wanted me to plug my camera in to the ethernet, but the camera does not have an ethernet connection. When she said my camera was white and I said no it is gray without any ethernet connection...she disconnected our phone call. Again, I promise I was being calm and polite. I now see a pattern, if the representative cannot solve a problem they disconnect. Can you please send this email to someone who can help me? The only reason why I want to stay with ADT is because of the name recognition and because ADT is Federally Regulated. Blue ADT also received high grading with Consumer Reports
