When I called to order the alarm system the Sales Representative (Tara) was wonderful. She explained what I was getting with the basic system, including the monthly and installation rates. She also explained how to obtain a girt card that was equal to the $99 installation charge. She set up an installation appointment that fit my schedule.
On the day of the installation a technician from SafeStreet USA was due at 5 p.m. I went out to get the mail at 4:30 and noticed a truck parked a little way down from my house. It turned out to be the tech. This made points for ADT. He came in and showed me the basic system and then we walked around my house so he could get an understanding of what I might want/need. Josh installed the basic system and them we talked about what more I wanted. I spent an additional $923 for additional items that I felt I needed. He suggested that I spread it out over 3 monthly payment on my Master Card. Josh Alexander was GREAT! He answered all my questions and concerns....I had lots. He only installed what I wanted. There was no pressure at all. He even spent time with me while I set up my ADT account on the web and downloaded the ADT app to my iPhone. It was a very good experience and I happy I did it.
