Sentry Protective Systems

Perfect. Was a large job and Sentry worked very hard to convert 20 year old ADT system to a modern online security system. Consisted of doors, windows, motion, & smoke.

Wanted to eliminate problem of roughly one false alarm per year. using better sensors. Also wanted to upgrade from landline to cellular service while adding internet connection.

Perfect. They were punctual. One of the sensors failed after a few weeks...mechanical problem that Sentry identified...and they replaced it with a better model. Highly recommend these folks. They provide monitoring services which we also use. Great stuff.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Both the owner Jim and the installer Mike went out of their way to make sure that we had the security system we wanted and to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them, and If I ever moved and needed a new system, I would call them again.

The owner Jim Baker set up a very quick appointment for us. He did a walk through of the building, asked questions, made suggestions and supplied a quote on the spot. His tech Mike came on the day promised and did a great job. Very professional both as a person and in his work product.

A great experience! From first contact, the people at Sentry have been a pleasure to work with. Jim called me back the same day, came out to review my old panel, and produced a fair quote to replace the panel and start monitoring the system. Then today Mike arrived to install the new panel and set up the system - he could not have been more professional and conscientious. It's always nice to have a good experience like this!

Installation of new Honeywell Lynx Alarm System and also contracted for Central Station Monitoring Service.  As previous reviewers stated- this company is top notch.  Great service from beginning to end; and I can see -service beyond that- with follow up calls checking on the equipment etc.  This company provides personal customer service- unheard of these days.  I had the entire 1st floor of a Cape (all windows and doors) and basement door installed with detectors and a sensor.  I added items on last minute and that was no problem at all.  I Love this Honeywell System which you can customize with too many options to mention and it can be monitored from Anywhere! Can't say enough about Honeywell.  And the installation went smoothly.  I was instructed on using the panel etc. and the wonderful installer conducts a thorough complete test of the entire system, cleaining up also, not leaving until I felt comfortable using the system. Wonderful folks!  I feel great kowing that I have this extra protection for my home/family.  And I've spoken with the Monitoring Service company and their are top also.  Thank you SENTRY.  Will be seeing you in the future for expansion.

I can't say enough about Sentry Protective Systems.  Cheryl and Jim Baker were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.  I would use the same words to describe Mike the technician who came to install the system.  I thought the price was very fair (compared to one of the larger companies I had previously called) and the terms were reasonable.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I wanted a small alarm company instead of a large company where you are just a number. Sentry Protective is terrific and came out immediately to give me an estimate cost of the work. They installed wired alarms in my new front door and two new sliders, and also hooked up my wired windows to their system. (I have a combination wired and wireless system.) I am so pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone needing a new alarm or anyone changing alarm companies. You will not be sorry!

A highly professional company from my initial call to re-programming, a thorough check of my system and a follow-up service call. On the rare occasion that an alarm has been set off, phone calls from the call center are prompt and professional. I would recommend them.

The system was professionally installed and worked as advertised. We are happy with it after 1 year. The last contact was a false alarm which was also handled well. The monthly service rates are less than competitors.

They gave me an estimate and when agreed on a price they came the following week. They were on time and did an excellent, professional job. Didn't mess anything and cleaned up any dirt or dust with their own tools. They worked fast and quiet and I am happy that I can have peace of mind kknowing my home is completely protected. I also have the option to view my home by cell phone or computer and can activate or de-activate from wherever I am! Amazing.
