Not worth my time or money. French drains were not what we ordered and were not put in right so we dug them up. They also busted my main water line while putting it in. The concrete was poured over sprinkler heads that we told we wanted to cap off. Im sure the carvestone would have looked amazing. That seems to be what they are good at. In the end, they threaten to send us to collections if we didn’t close out their ticket but I kept saying the numbers were wrong. We were charged $2,500 for services that weren’t performed. We ended up starting a bbb claim and got nowhere with that. I just wanted to express my experience so you can look for another compny
- Will's Plumbing & Testing ServiceThis project began after a random guy stopped by the house (we just purchased and had up for re-sale) and told us that the plumbing was collapsed under the kitchen area. We asked a plumbing company we had done business with before for an estimate ($13,000) and thought it was quite high but knew this wasn't a simple project. That plumbing company had been at this property before and already had a disk from the previous year when they ran a camera through the lines. They told us there was the collapsed line under the house and we would need to bypass the plumbing under the house and add a lift station. I checked Angie's List and contacted Will's Plumbing after seeing such great reviews. We began with a couple of estimates back in August 2012. Ian came out to investigate to be able give us an estimate. Ian, a co-worker, and Cindy (from their office) spent time reviewing our existing disk but never saw a collapsed line that the other plumber claimed there was. To make sure they didn't miss anything they came up with a three step scope for the project that included costs. We also asked them for a worst case scenario, which they also did. Each step of the way, I was very informed and dealt with a very friendly staff. They had to tunnel under the house from two separate places and Pedro, the subcontractor who did the tunneling, was excellent. We completed the job last week for half the "other" guys estimate and it was fixed the right way. We can now put the house back on the market knowing the drain will function properly

"So this is probably the best plumber I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of home ownership so far. First of all - this review is not only about Mr. Rooter in general, but specifically about the plumber I was lucky enough to use - Jason Henderson. The guy is a total BOSS! The work we had done was first of all to convert my electric cooktop to a gas top, and secondly, replace my water heater. Jason can out pretty quickly, got everything hooked up for the gas line and then when the inspector came out with his notes, Jason updated the little things here and there to keep it moving. The water heater was a whole other animal. The old water heater was 27 years old, so WAY out of code. Jason spent a full day removing the old one and getting everything up to snuff. He also went the extra mile of doing a final pressure test on the gas lines after everything to make sure that when the inspector came out we KNOW we will pass. There are so many other little things he kept doing throughout the ay that showed that he truly cares about his customers. It may not be much if I listed them, but to me and my family it was these extra little things that made a whole world of difference. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone as their prices and timing was top notch, but, more specifically, if you can get Jason Henderson on your job - DO IT! You will NOT be let down!

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high.
I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment.
After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget.
I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install.
I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!
