It went well. They heiped get the manufacture to replace the heater for no charge. We had to pay for labor but still we didn't have to pay for the heater. Aaron was friendly and did a great job.

Although my malfunctioning pond pump wasnt an emergent issue, nevertheless they arrived within a few hours of my request and very quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I'm very pleased with the service. I asked Alex Castillo, the plumber for his card so I could have it for future plumbing issues.

Showed up 3 hours after our phone call and got it done in about 45 minutes. Great timing and easy to work with.

So this is probably the best plumber I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of home ownership so far. First of all - this review is not only about Mr. Rooter in general, but specifically about the plumber I was lucky enough to use - Jason Henderson. The guy is a total BOSS! The work we had done was first of all to convert my electric cooktop to a gas top, and secondly, replace my water heater. Jason can out pretty quickly, got everything hooked up for the gas line and then when the inspector came out with his notes, Jason updated the little things here and there to keep it moving. The water heater was a whole other animal. The old water heater was 27 years old, so WAY out of code. Jason spent a full day removing the old one and getting everything up to snuff. He also went the extra mile of doing a final pressure test on the gas lines after everything to make sure that when the inspector came out we KNOW we will pass. There are so many other little things he kept doing throughout the ay that showed that he truly cares about his customers. It may not be much if I listed them, but to me and my family it was these extra little things that made a whole world of difference. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone as their prices and timing was top notch, but, more specifically, if you can get Jason Henderson on your job - DO IT! You will NOT be let down!

Scammers. Don’t let them take advantage of you. Improper diagnosis and installation led to more water damage to kitchen. Overcharged me by a thousand dollars. Refused to fix. Improper assessment of the garbage disposal that was broken. Charged me $1400, for a new one, and an hours worth of work. Two days later: New Garbage disposal doesn’t work. New pvc pipe put in leeks water under sink and onto kitchen floor. A disaster. Called them to talk about the issue and send “repairman” back out. Michael told me there was food stuck in the NEW garbage disposal that was the problem....... Refused to fix working pipe, or any other part of the job. Refused to provide hourly service quote and breakdown of services I was charged. Spoke to the lady who scheduled the appointment and she too refused to provide a breakdown of services cost and charged.

I will never use this company again. I had a gas emergency so I had to get this fixed. They did respond quickly but charged me 475.00 to install a 10 dollar part. It took all of 15 minuets. They took advantage of the situation. This is a rental property and I had to have the gas reconnected. So much for a flat fee. Beware if you call them. Their reviews are good so it makes you wonder. I do plan to give this information to the better business but I doubt it will do any good.

With the sewer line, when others stated I needed all new pipes down to city connection. They found the problem and replaced what really needed to be done and not just the entire line. They didn't charge extra to run camera and find problem either and stated the rest of the line was in very good shape, just the ground shift cause the problem and tree roots were taking advantage of that. The other was another property with a main line damaged by tree roots. They were on-time and fixed as expected. Price listed was ballpark for each property.

They did a good job. They worked very hard and they did a great service it was just they over charged me.

It went very well indeed. John S. from Mr. Rooter here in Austin did an outstanding job getting the 50-year-old plumbing in this house working again--and this on the Saturday before Christmas. He was polite, manneredly, and clearly had mastery of his craft. I'm very grateful.

Great. Brett was super helpful (responsive and knowledgeable). He told me what he'd suggest for fixes, what I could probably handle myself and helpful tips for things I didn't even think about as a first time homeowner. Would totally recommend for someone who doesn't have a go-to plumber already.

His staff was very cordial and amicable. They provided very efficient services and were there the same day as I needed them.

They talked with me nice and completed good normal work. It was very expensive, I assume mostly because they did come after normal business hours. I asked them if they could send someone right away. They didn't give an arrival expectation because they had limited staff but the plumber stopped out to my house within 3 hours from my original call. Overall I was relieved that they stopped the leaking water before more damage could be done.

the service guy made a big mess. He got this black muck from the base of the toilet all over the bathroom and even on some of our door knobs as he left. it was gross and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend these guys in the future.

All went well.  Arrived on time, very professional and neat.  Work was done to satisfaction.

Plumbing technician arrived on site listened to my problem(leaking toilet). Technician then evaluated the problem (leaking toilet) and recommended repair solution and cost. After I agreed to repair and cost technician performed work. Following repair technician recommended several preventive measures in order to prevent leak from re-occurring. Technician was friendly, informative, professional and most all efficient.

They gave me incorrect information about the nature of the unit. They told me it would have a second feature but it did not have a second feature. We had them come back and install the second feature and i paid for it. They were reasonable about wait time.

I have used this plumber several times because high quality work is important to him. He even helped me make the best choices for a new sink and garbage disposal. I appreciate his attention to detail and the fact that he cleans up when he is done.

Was very informative and very professional.  Punctual and straight
forward about options, discussing pros and cons of each.  Would highly
recommend.

Rooter-Man of Austin was called out for a service call placed with our home warranty company. The first Rooter-Man technician who came out was helpful but not able to solve the problem in a cost and time effective manner. David (the owner) came out the next business day and solved our problem without having to do expensive and time consuming repairs. His entire team was helpful and responsive in our dealings with the home warranty company. 
The $60 we paid was the service call fee for our home warranty company, so I don't know what would have been charged if we were dealing with Rooter-Man directly. But David did advise us of a short-cut solution that would solve our problem without the need for expensive repairs, so I feel assured that he would have been equally fair and trustworthy had we had to pay his direct rates.

I emailed and talked to David several times while planning this water heater replacement. He was always prompt and courteous. For the actual replacement, he arrived on time, got the job done and was on his way. It could not have gone more smoothly.
