"They here were vary responsive when I called, and offered to come after hours as they were booked for that day. The leak was very small so I told them no rush. They had put a pressure regulator on about a year prior and it was leaking in the same spot. I had done some major digging in the area, and figured I hit the pipe. Tim was the one who put on the regulator originally, and said her would replace it at know cost, but because I think I may have damaged it, I insisted on paying. We agreed on half of the service call which was way more than fair. Tim was also very friendly to my 2 year old who had just seen a curious George episode about a leaky pipe and asked him about a 100 times what he was doing. I will use them again if needed.
