When he got to my house he put a snake down two of the drains in which i had told him they were the source to the problem. neither of these did anything. he didn't even attempt to snake out the outside drain which is where all of the current water build up is. basically was no help at all."

However, as time goes on and more food is ground, the grinding plates will slowly lose their edge and need replacing.
