"Rob was the service technician who came by for check up on our Trane AC Unit. He was professional and courteous. He took time to explain and label damper settings for future reference. "David and crew were excellent from the start. We received a written, detailed quote. Work was done timely despite a few changes made by us. Every day after working, the area was cleaned and organized by the crew. We had very minimal clean up after project was finished. All permits and inspections were taken care of by DE Turner, so we did not have to adjust our work schedules to be home. Very pleased! We wish we would’ve known them and hired them for our last remodel project which was a nightmare."
