We needed to have our basement finished to put out house on the market. Work began quickly and was completed in less than 4 weeks. He and his subcontractors performed high-quality work. The drywall work was smooth especially around the corners. He educated us in the type of floors that would work best for the space and helped us choose a warm color that matched our vision and design. The painting looks extremely professional as well as the trim work. He was very responsive to our requests and needs and guided us when making choices to ensure we would get the biggest bang for our buck. His price was extremely reasonable and competitive for the size of our large space. I highly recommend using this professional.

Mr. Giddings and his staff provided a fair estimate to remodel my unfinished basement, which is now a gym, and he provided new flooring for the pre-exsting part of the basement.  Mr. Giddings and his staff were professional and courteous, and the work was completed within the specified time frame.  I would defintely recommend Giddings Contracting to anyone who requires quality work.  I would not hesitate to hire them  again to perform  for any future services that maybe required in our home.
