"The company cannot repair what it sells to consumers. We were sold a service warranty on a washer/dryer unit we purchased from the company. The company sent a repair service out to work on the washer/dryer unit but the service man could not repair it despite working on several times. We waited over a month for parts and for service work. The company cannot repair what it sells to consumers and I definitely recommend against doing any business with them."
