Plummer Concrete Inc

I'd do zero stars, if I could. I had Plummer put in an apron and driveway in front of my shed. Immediately, it was discolored. In addition, the edging was done poorly. Called Plummer to come look at it. Deke came out while I wasn't home (even though I told him when I'd be home and to call me). He leaves a message that everything was normal. He either didn't come out, is incompetent, or worse. Then within 3 months, I had cracks (30' long) in several places. Called them again. They said that happens and no warranty. I'd guess that they didn't do chairs for the rebar, as requested, but who knows. They got my $6800 and that is all they cared. Just a horrible company with apparently worse people. They screwed up my neighbor's sidewalk, too. Do NOT use them!

The concrete is bumpy, uneven, collects puddles due to low spots etc. The general was Ron Anderson Custom homes. I called him, emailed and texted. He ignores my requests to inspect . The finishing was terrible. I am sorry i trusted these folks and paid before i really inspected the work.

First I'd like to say they stand behind their work and did replace the failing floor they previously installed. The management was reasonable and professional.
Unfortunately the labor wasn't well trained or just didn't care. While in the process of removing the garage floor the operator of the bobcat backed into the wall in a couple places putting football size holes in the Sheetrock. They also busted the garage wall foundation in one place which they did fix.
I feel comfortable with the management but not the work the labor does.

They poured walls and a cement floor. They put in a stamped side walk and a stoop off the door. The issue is our stoop seperating and sinking. The stoop was a special color I had ordered. They also put in floors in our sheds and a pad at our backdoor. They wont come and look at the problem and they wont answer the phone. Stay away from them. I would not recommend them.

No nonsense outfit--promptly came for estimate, responsive via email and phone, did the job as promised--no fuss.  It looks great!

The workers were very professional and friendly. They performed the work exactly the way we wanted. We are very happy with the concrete apron.

The work was performed in a very professional and efficient manner, I'm very pleased with the result and I intend to hire the company again for pouring aprons and a boat storage pad. Kevin the sales person was very professional and stayed in touch throughout the quotation phase. The crew arrived on time and was fully equipped to perform the work. Plummer Concrete is a very professional organization and I highly recommend their services.
