Excellent service. Fast. Well done. Just expensive. It’s the market rate, I guess.

I will update this review if (and that is a huge IF) my washing machine ever gets repaired. It has been almost a month without a washing machine. We have a special needs 12 year old and a toddler. Not having a washing machine is so ho*** ** us. Watson was selected as the repair company for a warranty claim. The technician came out to our house. We (foolishly) assumed that when a technician with a truck full of tools shows up...he is going to like...fix it? But no. He spent 5 minutes there. The only time he physically touched the washing machine was to reach in and spin the drum. "Bearing" he said. He then told is he isn't there to fix it. He was just there to look at it. The funny thing is how literal that was. He just looked. Barely touched. He also told us that the people on the phone often leave it up to him to deliver the bad news (that he is not fixing it that day). So he left and said someone would contact me. Nobody did. Eventually I got an email from UPS that some mystery packages were coming from a random address in Texas. A little googling told me it was appliance parts. Sweet. So I called to ask Watson about it. I was told that they usually don't schedule anything until the parts arrive. But she decided to schedule it anyway. So an appointment was made for 10 days out (Feb 16). I was sad because of how long it is taking, but it was also clear I had zero choice in the matter. So I accepted the date on the 16th at 2pm. Remember the part about me having zero choice? Boy, was I correct! Today they called me and said they have to change the date to Feb 24th because it is a half-day repair and requires two people. How did they not know this when they scheduled the first repair? It just shows disorganization & poor communication. Long story short, if you want your appliances fixed within a reasonable amount of time...I highly recommend against Watson appliance inc.

We told them that the soap dispenser did not work. They came out and originally said it did work, after calling again they said it did not work and needed a part. The whole initial look at it was 5 minutes and they where within 5 blocks from them. They charged 135.00 dollars to walk in and say the soap dispenser did not work. They then came back and charged for the part and the switch. They came the first time with no intention of fixing the issue and charged us $135.00 for a drive by visit. I would not use them again. I would prefer to have some one come to at least attempt to address the issue as opposed to pocketing the money with no intent to resolve the issue.

The scheduler I first talked to was very pleasant and thorough regarding my needs. A few days later Tim N. and another technician came at my request because I thought the refrigerator had to be pulled out of its very tight space. Tim immediately recognized there was no need for a second technician. I was not charged for that second technician. Tim pulled the bottom freezer door out, found that the fan in the freezer assembly had a bent blade, fixed that and he was done within an hour. Now the refrigerator runs almost silently. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Watson Appliance for service again and would recommend them to a friend.

Spent 15 minutes turning on freezer and probably searching for parts on iPad. Came upstairs, "you're out of luck, nothing I can do." Had to pry issue discussion out of technician. Feels like a job they just wanted the $109.95 trip charge in the quickest amount of time.

Once part was available, it was installed quickly. Technician failed to run the system through a cycle, so found a drain blockage problem after he left - which I was able to fix myself.

Stopped by the shop and spoke to Jeff Watson -- the son. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Overall nice guy. Price was higher than internet, but genuine part and answered all my questions.

Received a call-back on Monday morning after leaving a detailed message over the 7/4 weekend. This was my 3rd Angie’s List recommendation. The lady started out by saying that she has the exact same washer that is currently making the exact same noise caused by a bearing issue. She confirmed the age of my washer and gave me an estimate. She also confirmed that the machine could be used until it died. It would not cause a fire or other damage. I asked what she is going to do. She said “Nothing, I’m going to let mine die a natural death.” I have decided to do the same. She was very helpful and honest. I will remember Watson’s for future repairs.

Poorly. First appointment Corey told me that I need an electrician as the outltet was dead, and plugging into another outlet was fine. He left after charging me $109.95 service call. After he left, I plugged the microwave into another outlet and it worked less than 40 seconds before dying, and throwing the circuit breaker. I was able to reset the circuit breakers of both circuits. They both operated fine. I am able to use these outlets with coffee makers as well as toaster oven. but the microwave is dead. I called the office less than 20 minutes after Corey left, hoping he could return same day; but he did not. I scheduled a new appointment for the following week, but no one showed nor called me.

Watson's was on time, very courteous, clearly explained the problem, and quickly fixed both our washer and dryer. Cost was reasonable. They will definitely be my first call next time I need appliance repair.

horrible. His estimated price for repair was going to be $300 more than buying a new one. I still had to pay about $130 for the service call.

They called back very quickly and from my description of the symptoms, they confirmed my suspicion that I need a new electronic controller. They checked and the part is no longer manufactured. All done over the phone, no service call needed. Sadly, I will need to get a new range, but I really appreciate their help. I will definitely call them the next time we need appliance repair!

Fabulously! From the moment I made the first phone call, everything went better than I could have imagined. I spoke with a person each time. Communication was great! And, I felt like I was their number one priority. Tim, our technician, arrived, identified himself, and promptly got to work. He took apart the dryer, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I highly recommend Watson's Appliance! You won't be disappointed!

The company was very accommodating on the telephone, a service call was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of the appt. I received a call from the company a technician was on the way and Tim N. arrived within 20 min. Tim was cordial, introduced himself and went right to work. The problem was minor and my machine was ready to use within 15 min. It was the first time I called this company and I will not hesitate to use them again.

TERRIBLE. Office called and cancelled 9am appontment 20 minutes before they were supposed to be there. 2nd appointment was from 3pm to 6pm. No call, no show on technician and the office closed at 5:30pm. Would not buy appliances from company they can't keep their repair appointments.
