The process was explained very well with communication and updates as the windows are made. When it was time for the installation, there were 2 workers who were on time, polite and informative. They were very efficient and thorough with their work. We also appreciated that each day, someone from Homesealed came to check on the progress as well. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was that they don't fill in the nail holes on the trim, but it does state it in the contract that they don't do that (I went back and checked). The windows look great, and hopefully we will be able to call them next year to finish the rest of the house."
