"I appreciate all feedback, good or bad because it helps U.S.I. to improve if needed. The time frame given was 12:00-1:00(allows for drive time, re-fuel, etc.) and we were 20 min. past our window due to traffic. The customer asked if we could take care of some nests for her and stressed that she had spray we could use, she just wasnt able to do it herself. I told her that we do have spray and would bring some along however, we did not have the correct spray needed for this job. I asked if the offer still stood for us to use her spray and if not one of the tech's would leave and return with correct spray. She said it was no problem(we never ask to use customer's equipment unless it is offered, and if the job calls for different supplies/tools we will go back to the shop and return with the proper equipment). Also, removing nests is a courtesy service that we do depending on the situation, in her case we made an exception and there was no additional charge to take care of this for her. I was under the assumption my tech's flushed the gutters and am just now finding out(4 days later) because of this review that they were not. U.S.I. offers a 100% satisfaction guaranty and had the customer called I personally would have come that day to take care of it. When customers decide to address their concerns through reviews and not with the company they are not allowing U.S.I to take care of their needs immediately. As a 4.5-5 star company we pride our selves on going the extra mile and making the customer happy. Having a 2.0 rating is not something we are used to receiving nor want but at the end of the day, we want to make sure every customer is satisfied and we will take these comments and learn from them. "Here at USI, we pride our selves on providing quality work and great customer service. The house was thoroughly cleaned and rinsed. The home owner had sun damaged vinyl siding and the rain made it look like something was dripping on that side of the home(when we went back to the house the next day to address the concerns there was no problem evident). Also, we do not use any soaps or chemicals that would leave behind any staining or cause damage in anyway."
