"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure.
