From beginning to end, all of the contacts we had - from the Office, to the Sales Rep, to the Project Manager & Installer - were all extremely professional and treated us like we were paying out-of-pocket to have our entire house done. Installation took 2 days total - 1 for pocket window replacement, 1 for trim & sealing exterior.
