I asked they keep me apprised on any findings during the replacement process, such as water damage, rot, mold, or insects, and they did. Luckily none was discovered. They cleaned up perfectly when done. By the lack of mess and debris, you couldn’t tell the day was spent replacing all my windows. A walk around detailed final inspection, as well as an explanation on how the windows operated, was done together at the end.
