"When my hot water heater died on Tuesday afternoon, Joe was a lifesaver being the first contractor to contact me at 10:00 in the evening when most of the contractors didn't even bother calling. Joe explained all the options I had for replacement of the water heater in a very professional manner. The workers were going to be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and they were here promptly at 12:00. Did an excellent job of replacing hot water heater that was in a difficult corner of the basement, even having to move the washer and dryer out of the way. The technicians did a wonderful job and even corrected some piping that was done wrong the last time at no additional charge. Will definitely use them again when the other hot water heater goes out in my duplex"

I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel).
