"Adam" promptly arrived, rekeyed my lock, showed me on his credit card machine that my entire charge was $85.00 and told me the entire charge was $85.00. . . and ten minutes after he left, a charge for $230 appeared. I called three times, and each time was told that "upper management" would return my call. This company is a scam. Do NOT hire them.

The initial contact was very prompt. He arrived as scheduled. I requested a quote first but never received one. The installation was completed and done well. My only concern is that it was doors that we needed to replace the dead bolts and the handles. I was charged for 4 locks at $85.00 each. That seemed a high to me. But since the work was done already I had no recourse than to pay the bill. If you decide to use this pro please be sure and get an estimate FIRST.
