"I urgently needed my water softener replaced. He came the same day, made an adjustment to the tank so that the overflow faced the drain and stopped spilling brine onto the water heater. "The repair person fixed the issue by changing the drain hoses. Previously, the unit had used a single drain hose where two would have been more appropriate. Adding a second hose and replacing the first hose eliminated the drain issues. He also did a good job explaining everything that he did."
