Kurt is one of the best communicators I have run into regarding assessing and scheduling a home improvement project. His text messages kept me constantly updated on the project and the schedule. "The repair person fixed the issue by changing the drain hoses. Previously, the unit had used a single drain hose where two would have been more appropriate. Adding a second hose and replacing the first hose eliminated the drain issues. He also did a good job explaining everything that he did."
