"Owner, Jim Mass, responded promptly to set up a personal visit to explain the process and options to myself and my wife. Once the work was scheduled; crew arrived on time and work, including total clean up, was completed within the estimated time of less than day. "I've used Thermal Comfort a few times in the past to insulate entire homes, but this time I had a small job. Although this was a small job, they didn't treat it as one. From the start, I called Dason and he came to my property right away to look at the scope of work. I told him I'd like to get the work done ASAP. Although they were busy he squeezed me in, I was on his schedule within a week. The two techs, Randy and Walt were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will continue to use Thermal Comfort for my spray foam needs."
