"I requested an estimate for blowing insulation into my attic. Jim came out once to do an assessment, and offered a reasonable estimate. We scheduled installation. He returned on my request after I removed the existing insulation to reassess the attic. It was determined that there was already insulation blown under the floor, and Jim stated that he would not recommend any further work.
