"Owner, Jim Mass, responded promptly to set up a personal visit to explain the process and options to myself and my wife. Once the work was scheduled; crew arrived on time and work, including total clean up, was completed within the estimated time of less than day. "My whole experience with Thermal Comfort was wonderful. Normally I'm one of those people who build or repair something myself. I was very comfortable with Dason Schultz. He is very courtious and through. I felt his company would give me the bang for my bucks. His quote was by far the most affordable. When his employees showed up (ON TIME :) ) they immediately asked me what I wanted done and where. They worked as a team and were Great! Actually they went out of their way to do a Tremendous Job!
