"Wow! That was my first thought when I saw how clean my carpet looked after Steve Rice, the owner, had only cleaned a few feet of my carpet. I could not be happier after having Steve/Accurate Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies, but none have ever come close to how clean my carpet looks today. Steve was great to work with. He is a good caring person and walked through the house with me to get an understanding of what needed to clean. He made some suggestions, so we didn't go from super clean carpet to dingy looking carpet from other rooms adjacent to what was going to be cleaned. Armando showed up on time (I was alerted via text messages with advance quote, arrival times and "en route" status). Armando was polite, considerate and conscientious. He worked very hard to complete all the rooms in about 2 hours. He even checked to make sure I had my cat secured (so she wouldn't escape during cleaning). "Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."
