He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day! He explained how things worked and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. The doors are beautiful and we can't say enough about the entire process from start to finish.
