We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! Several things needed to be handled in my case, venting in the attic, behind the dryer as well as washer hoses. "I’ve used Dryer Vent Wizard of Milwaukee and was fortunate to have Keone as my technician. On his first visit, he relocated my exterior dryer vent and replaced the entire discharge setup. He was personable, knowledgeable, and did excellent work—I was extremely happy with the result. Today, I called him back to address what I thought was lint trapped deep in my dryer. During troubleshooting, he discovered the real issue: the dryer door wasn’t staying fully closed during operation, causing cycles to end early. He spent considerable time disassembling the front of the machine, inspecting the hinges and door from every angle, and testing possible fixes. When he determined the hinge wasn’t designed to be serviced outside the warehouse, my options were replacing the dryer or manually propping the door closed each use. Instead, he custom-built an adapter that lifts the door internally when closed—completely solving the problem. Outstanding service and I highly recommend him!!"
