"Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. My wife has commented twice already about how well they cleaned up after completing their respective projects!"

Several things needed to be handled in my case, venting in the attic, behind the dryer as well as washer hoses. "I’ve used Dryer Vent Wizard of Milwaukee and was fortunate to have Keone as my technician. On his first visit, he relocated my exterior dryer vent and replaced the entire discharge setup. He was personable, knowledgeable, and did excellent work—I was extremely happy with the result. Today, I called him back to address what I thought was lint trapped deep in my dryer. During troubleshooting, he discovered the real issue: the dryer door wasn’t staying fully closed during operation, causing cycles to end early. He spent considerable time disassembling the front of the machine, inspecting the hinges and door from every angle, and testing possible fixes. When he determined the hinge wasn’t designed to be serviced outside the warehouse, my options were replacing the dryer or manually propping the door closed each use. Instead, he custom-built an adapter that lifts the door internally when closed—completely solving the problem. Outstanding service and I highly recommend him!!"

"I had a very dirty a/c unit, and didn't want to clean it myself. Was afraid of damaging the fins, plus it hadn't been serviced for years prior to us purchasing this duplex. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."
