***This is an Update*** A Very High quality product was installed on our roof. Any previous damage was replaced, including possible damage to the plywood from water leaking beneath old shingles. Next, gutter guards were installed, an added gutter downspout was add to the garage to prevent water running unto siding, and replaced gutter for water routed to drop incorrectly on shingles, which had created ice dams in the past. We are very happy with all of the personal; and the way they were able to clean up afterwards. Finally leaf guards were installed on our gutters to prevent leaves from very tall maple trees from plugging up the gutters constantly. Everything was tested with this weird warm winter. But what we were extremely happy with is the way and manner with which the company, Ridge Top Exteriors, dealt with a problem after one of those weird storms that left a parfait of water, ice, and snow, which covered the leaf guards and prevented them draining water off a combination of ice and melting snow onto our front steps and back deck, which created a dangerous icing situation. Joe Huston, our project manager, instead of making up reasons and excuses, dug into it with his team and came up with a very satisfactory solution to resolve, SHOULD this same kind of storm be predicted, or even as we go into the winter months after the leaves are gone. A special shout out to Joe.

Ridgetop did a great job replacing one of my windows. They kept me updated on delivery and any changes. They went above and beyond when a small thing was different than what I expected and got it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them for their services to anyone and plan to use them for future work.

Siding Siding on the east, north, and west elevations has either no lateral movement or movement up to 1/8 inch. The siding on the west elevation is bowed outward. Nails within the attachment slots of individual pieces of vinyl siding are placed at either end or in the center of the slots. Along an approximately 25-foot long section of fallen siding, fasteners are spaced 26, 31,50, 16, 21, 23, 22, 16, 20, 18, 16, and 16 inches on center. Two sections of fallen siding are placed in the detached garage. The top section of one of the panels is 3.5 inches wide and has punches, and the top section of the other panel is about 3 inches wide and does not have punches. The siding on the south elevation can be moved laterally ¾ inch. The PlyGem Mastic Installation Guide states that the fasteners are to be centered in the slots, are to have a minimum 1/32 inch space between the fastener head and vinyl siding, and are to be spaced a maximum of 16 inches apart. I replaced all my windows, gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 3 days. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will use Ridge Top again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

Roof replacement was done over two days - the crew was polite and professional, cleaned up everything, and the final product looks fantastic. After new downspouts and gutter leaf protectors were installed, we found a small leak during a rainâ ¦in our old gutters. Nick had John at our house the next day. Problem fixed better than new. I booked my roofing job and they where actually able to come out several days sooner that what was originally scheduled. They showed up on time and did a tear off . re-shingled my project .and had everything cleaned up and back to normal in less than 4 hours

They are very professional and upfront about what needs to be done. They were good about explaining why our original siding failed and what was done to correct the problem.

Did not show up when they said they would TWICE! never even called to say they were not coming! TWICE!! when they finally came to do the work contracted,they doubled the price! I waited almost two weeks for my down payment to be returned. As a result, I cant find anybody to do the job until spring 2021!! Thanks a lot RIDGE TOP!!! project manager dos n0t seem to know how to manage! Very poor communcation.

we had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but Ridge Top did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them.
