Came out to make sure they could get the broken window out before they quoted. Willing to work with me on timing for quote and installation. Glass replacement was 1/6th the cost of window/sash replacement from Pella. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up the work area meticulously. Will definitely recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors."

The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."
