Came out to make sure they could get the broken window out before they quoted. Willing to work with me on timing for quote and installation. Glass replacement was 1/6th the cost of window/sash replacement from Pella. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up the work area meticulously. Will definitely recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors."

The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."
