"We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."

The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"We bought several Pella products in 2019: a sliding glass patio door leading out to a deck area, a front door, and a door between the house and garage. Just a few years later, in 2023, we decided to put an addition on our house-a four season porch. Since the sliding glass patio door was just a few years old, we were planning on reusing it as a door in between the new porch and deck. However, the builders discovered the area below and around the Pella patio door had moisture damage due to the door not being installed correctly. According to our builder, it was missing the flange and there were trim nails through the face of the jamb causing leak and aesthetic issues. We contacted Pella and provided pictures of the sliding door and damage to the house structure but the Minnesota manager only gave us the option to reinstall the existing patio door as is, stating that 'they install it this way all the time.' We will not use Pella again."
