Sure hope he is around for my next project. Made it very easy. Great to deal with.

What I got from Pozarski was a description of the appearance of the foundation (which anyone could have done) and a written estimate of what repair *he* would do in such a case. I got no mention of whether the foundation was safe (or 'structurally sound' or 'in good repair' or whatever wording a person would use to indicate that it did or did not need some sort of work). I got no mention of what condition the foundation should be in or what sort of changes should be made to the foundation. He did indicate what he would do to repair it, but that only amounts to a written estimate of the sort of repair that *he* would do and is useless in trying to get estimates from other contractors as they may not do the same kind of repair.
In addition, he listed extra items (such as adding a gutter to the eve on the opposite side of the house from the area in question of the foundation), and yet gave no indication of how such items would affect the present state of the foundation. And he *insisted* that all items listed must be completed to his satisfaction before he would write a follow up report that the foundation was repaired.
When I spoke with him and tried to get clarification, he stated that 'his report was his report'. I tried to figure out how to make use of what he had sent, but without addressing the condition of the foundation in general terms and without more generally indicating what needed to be done to the foundation, that was not possible. I called him up and set out my concerns before him about him being both 'inspector' and 'contractor' (a situation that I had become very concerned over because once the work started he was in a position to 'write his own check' and I would be stuck). I also spoke to him about the terms of his 'report' and clearly indicated that I needed an overall about the portion of the foundation in question and if any other areas were questionable. He flat out refused to make any general comments of that nature and said I 'was getting hung up on language'. I also spoke with him regarding the suggestion of needed work and again told him that I needed things expressed in more general terms so that I could get estimates from other contractors. Again, he flat out refused to say what needed to be done and insisted that his estimate for work was 'an engineer approved solution'.
By now, Pozarski was getting frustrated with me not accepting what he sent me as a 'report' and he offered to return my check for $150, I immediately accepted. Then he tried to back out, saying that he would only refund 1/2, but I told him that I had given him a free hand in saying what he needed access to in order to avoid multiple trips. At that point Greg Pozarski said 'good luck with your g-d d-mn f-ing report' and hung up. He did contact the bank the following week and tried to have them set up an arrangement to still use him, but I told them that I would not be using anything Pozarski had to offer. Nothing in what he sent me was ever used in anything and I went through 3 other contractors to get estimates and had a repair done to my foundation by one of them. I have not received any refund from Greg Pozarski to date.

No complaint about the work when it was done; however, cracks have developed and I can get no response from Pozarski. He doesn't answer emails & when reached by phone, says that he will be out to check it over. I first contacted him 3/30/15 and to date have had no one here. I did file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and just received a response from them stating that after several attempts to get in touch with Pozarski, won't contact them either. Again, no complaints about work when it was done; but am disgruntled with lack of response on the after work. Just want to know if cracks will get larger and/or if they can be repaired.

They are very professional. They are true to their estimates. They show up on time, work hard, and do a great job. They are very respectful to the home owners and get the area cleaned up as they leave. We have had one patio that they did for over 10 years. Not one brick has shifted. Their work is superior.

Very professional and that extends to the entire crew. Great communication from the time of estimate to the completion of project. They put in new steps and a walk and it is beautiful. We are hoping to have them do more work this summer on a patio. Would highly recommend them.

Very well. I called for an estimate, set up a time. They were here at the specified time and delivered an estimate within 2 days.

I called to see if they worked on exterior stucco repair. They don't provide those services, but offered suggestions and were very professional. Often, you don't even get the courtesy of a return call..but they came through. I was impressed.

I had gone through 5 or 6 other companies who weren't able to come up with a good solution for the work I needed done. These guys came in and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They did some of the best brick work I've ever seen. I was very impressed with their work. They're very good guys and great to work with.

He came when he said he would. We had 22" of snow. Our driveway is a quarter of a mile long and uphill. He worked for 4 hours and cleared it all away! He did a beautiful job!
