The Technician was friendly and technically proficient. However if you have a Home warranty insurance plan that covers appliances you have to stay on top of them because they are not very good at following the procedures.  As a result I had to pay for some of the repairs out of pocket after they sent me a invoice months later insinuating that I hadn?t paid for a service call and threatening legal action when it was the first time I had even been notified of the circumstances.  The Customer Service agents also usually seemed to not have a clue when talking to them and at times were difficult to talk to.  Like I said before the technician provides great service, but be careful if you have an insurance program that they follow the correct procedures.

I attempted to use them to repair a dryer in a rental building I own.  Upon ariveing, the technician repaired the wrong dryer, then that one was rendered broken later that day... now I have 2 broken dryers.  OVer the next 60 days, Mr Appliance went out 11 times to try to repair my original request, and to repair the dryer that they damaged.  With multiple technicians, and over 10 visits, I still have no workign dryers.  The people are nice, but their follow up is awful and, most importantly, they don't know how to repair appliances!  Absolutely stay away.

I had the unit ready for the evaluation, emptied the Freezer in two minutes, assisted him at every step, he was gone in 45 minutes or less.  He was very knowledgeable and qualified to preform the work.

See above.  All went well and refrigerator now working well.

We had used him before, but we didn’t realize it until he came out. I would give him the best grade. He was very honest in telling us that if we spent too much money on the dishwasher, we could pretty much buy a new one. So he did the minimal amount just to keep the dishwasher going, and he told us that we should probably start saving for a new one. I liked his honesty, and his professionalism.

Took 3-1/2 weeks to do repair.  Never returned phone calls inquiring on status of repair during that time period.  Was given a quote over the phone.  We clarified that it was for parts AND labor.  If it was more than the quote, it would not be worth making the repair, we would buy new instead.  Final bill was almost twice the quote.  We will NEVER use them again.

They were very prompt, and solved the issue.  They were honest with me and let me know it would be more cost efficient to just purchase a new dryer.

He was on time, called me to let me know he was on his way. He left everything clean and working great

They arrived late but did fix the problem. We received a warranty on the work that was done, but 2 weeks later when we had the same problem again it was not covered.

THE SERVICE TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPAIRING MY COOKTOP. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THE SHATTERED GLASS FROM THE COOKTOP. THEY INSURED THAT THE COOKTOP WAS UNDER WARRANTY & TOOK CARE OF THE WARRANTY WORK WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME.
