They did a fine job. The price seems to have been fair. I only have one garage so I would use them again if something happened that I needed a garage door. The service itself was done in a day. It took about 3 weeks for the equipment to come in because it had to be ordered to fit my garage. I had very little contact with them. They came, they let me know they were there and later the same day everything was done.

Professional, punctual, courteous. Our old doors were bad (damaged) and poorly installed. Our technician - Jeff - went above and beyond to ensure their work corrected the issues from the old installation. Very happy with the entire experience and the outcome.

Called on a Friday and they came out the following Monday to install two Odyssey 1000 garage door openers. The install took a couple hours and everything has been working great. Very happy with their service.

The top panel of our garage door bent and cracked because the people who installed it did not put on the brace necessary to evenly distribute the force exerted by the garage door opener. I called a couple places for an estimate, and Jeff at Overhead Door called me back almost immediately. He came by to give an estimate and was very honest in telling us that the door could easily be repaired without replacing the panel or the entire garage door. Instead of spending $400-$1000, we were able to repair it for only $100 until we are able to completely replace it. I really appreciated his honesty and promptness.
