Before preparing the quote Julio pointed out some things that I was not aware of that needed attention, and he was absolutely correct on the need to address the issues he found as part of the job. The materials used are first-rate and the installation craftsmanship is excellent. "Mostly good. Problems found after project was paid in full. There was a dent on the garage door and when the security cameras were taken down then reinstalled they did it with live wire. It took a few phone calls and nagging to get them to follow through on what was agreed to. Eventually, though, everything was taken care of. The house looks beautiful but not sure if I would hire again.

"This is the second major home improvement project I have had done with Sunset Ridge Exteriors. Original work was window replacement, which was done professionally and timely. After the experience I had with another window/door contractor, Sunset Ridge was a breath of fresh air. I was impressed enough to call no other contractors when i needed my Siding and Roofing redone. Roofing was a necessity, Siding just needed to be done to match the timing. I chose a high quality Black shingle and a High quality insulated vinyl siding in blue. The prices were a bit higher, but they came with lifetime warranties, which made it worth the tag for me. The installation of the roof took one day. I have a smaller house, but regardless of that fact, they replaced actual boards in the roof that were too worn to keep, and fully shingled the roof in less than a business day. They were flying. The siding took longer as you would expect, but was done with such a professional level of attention to detail (framing hose bibs, color matched caulk, framing power boxes), I have been floored each time I walk around the house. They worked with me to coordinate a smooth installation, alongside my solar panel contractor, so the gutters wouldn't go on until the solar panels were up, avoiding damage or superficial marks. Everyone listens, provides options, and communicates well when something needs to be changed/moved from the original plan. Mike is my kind of salesman, Matt is a wizard, the crews that changed my house were masters of their craft, and of course, Fran is an absolute delight each time you get her on the phone. All of their support staff are great, but Fran takes the cake. She's a hoot. I'll be seeing these folks again next year when I replace my door. No one else will even get a call.

"The windows are fine. The installation crew was on time for the day the work was scheduled however they did damage to the surrounding drywall and the painted interior walls. When I prompted the company with my complaint I was told that they did not believe they did damage and would consider giving me a credit for touch ups. In fact drywall under the window must be removed and new drywall installed. I believe ABC should have volunteered to correct the work but they did not.

"This is the 3rd time I have used Buckshot General Contracting for my home repair needs on 3 different homes. The first home had severe hail damage to the roof, gutters and siding back in 2007. I was impressed with how fast things were taken care of especially when it was so close to Christmas. I was especially pleased with our sales representative as we chose to change the appearance of the home. I wanted different color siding, window wraps, fascia, and gutters. I explained to our sales rep, Steve, what we were looking at doing and he was skeptical at first with my color choices. But I told him of a home that was in another town that I really loved. He went to that home, knocked on the door, and asked the homeowner if he could color match their home so that I could have what I wanted. When the job started the stopped after the front was finished so that when I got home from work I could approve the colors. I was very pleased with the time and attention to detail that was taken. "I asked for a recommendation on my neighborhood facebook page. I got 4 responses and 3 of them recommended Gutterflow7 with Enmanual Nunez. I didn't think I needed to get more quotes based on the facebook reviews.
Enmanual answered my phone call and asked me to send him a picture of the problem. I did so and he sent me a quote. When I accepted the quote, he was able to do the repair within a couple of days. He was able to repair my gutter and add new nails. He doubled the number of nails and put in a wider drain spout. I was worried that the gutter person would try to sell me new gutters and/or a leaf filter. I told him I would be moving before too long and wanted to keep the cost of the job as low as he could. He didn't pressure me in any way to select a more costly option. He did the job himself, was professional and timely. I would definitely use him again and/or recommend him to others.

"From the original request for an estimate to the service of installing, we were very pleased with Rockweiler. We received more than six quotes and went with Rockweiler because they were honest with us and didn't try to oversell us. We first reached out to them in 2016. They asked us if we were planning to have any work done inside the house, and when we shared that we would be redoing the kitchen, they told us that we would want to wait to get the insulation. None of the other folks told us that. Had they not shared that with us, all the work we would have done would have needed to be re-done after the kitchen work. Additionally, when we asked them their thoughts on removing old insulation before putting down the new, they were honest and said in most cases it just wasn't necessary. There were other companies that quoted us this service and it double the cost of insulation. The staff in the office were also always very helpful and provided us without resources and information we found to be helpful. Highly recommend Rockweiler!
