"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Team of 7 or 8 roofers arrived promptly as scheduled along with their gear and dumpster. They worked steadily and seemed very efficient.  Everyone worked on the tear-off until they had removed enough for some of the men to start working on protruding staples/nails.  As soon as enough area of that had been done, some started on the re-roof.  As the tear-off was completed and then the nails/staples were completed, more guys moved to the next phase until all were roofing.  Seemed as though everyone knew his task  and what to do next.  Much to my surprise, work really was almost done in one day.  It started to sprinkle in the late afternoon.  There was about 2 square feet of shingles left to lay, which was completed quickly. They packed up their equipment and spent time making sure all trash had been picked up.
Two or maybe three guys returned the next morning to finish flashing around the chimney and a couple of odds and ends.
Dumpster was removed promptly.
New gutters and gutter covers were installed  the next day.
Replacing the rotted fascia board was missed in the work.  I called about it and the work was done promptly, and the way I wanted.
We are very pleased with the work that was done.  House looks good and the gutter covers work.  The price was reasonable, not the most expensive and not the cheapest.  Worth what we paid.

"After interviewing and soliciting bids from numerous waterproofers and plumbers, I turned to Angie's List and searched for a waterproofer with outstanding reviews.  I selected and called on Basement Waterproofing Solutions.  Brian Flanagan was at my house the very next day!  Right off the bat, I liked Brian.  He was personable and professional, but not too "professional".  The other companies I interviewed sent "professionals" that were all business and did not want to take the time to listen to what I had to say.  Brian was all ears.
I showed Brian all problematic areas and asked for his opinion on the best possible solution.  He had suggestions and cost effective solutions. The most surprising solution was for the kitchen/laundry drainage problem.  Both drained directly to a catch basin in my yard adjacent to the house.  During very heavy downpours, my catch basin would fill and water would back up into the laundry tub then cascade down to the floor, which in turn caused flooding.  All the other companies had very expensive solutions that involved tearing up my yard and installing waterproofing contraptions.  Brian gave it some thought and came up with the ideal solution.  The connection to the catch basin from inside the house would be cut and capped.  A hole would be created inside the house for a pit and a pump.  This allowed the kitchen sink, the laundry tub and the washing machine to dump into the new pit and the water would be ejected up and along the pvc pipes that were installed between the ceiling joists, and ultimately ending in the overhead sewer system.  The new pit would be vented through an existing stack.  Brilliant!  Problem solved.
The quality of the work, including new concrete floor where the drain tile was installed, is top-notch.  Cleanup was meticulous.  The crew was punctual and professional.  Most importantly, Brian was always reachable and eager to discuss the project.
Brian's performance and price exceeded my expectations.  That says alot because I am very particular about the contractors I work with as well as the quality of their work.  I have already referred Basement Waterproofing Solutions to a few of my friends."
