"Our 20 year old Armstrong has a failure last year which Droegkamp repaired. This year had another problem. Considering the age of the unit and the upcoming change in AC coolants we bit the bullet and purchased a new 2.5 ton Lennox unit. We got an appointment for an installation about 10 days away (it couldn't get here soon enough). The crew arrived at 8:30 on the designated. They removed the old unit, strung new hoses to the furnace unit, did a bit of duct fabrication, and were on the way to their next job by noon. They were very efficient, kept us in the loop about what they were going to do, and worked around piles of boxes that hadn't been moved in 20 years. They did a great job and they are now our regular HVAC choice."

"I've been using Kettle Moraine Heating for my annual furnace and AC tune-ups for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Khamya Little was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was running perfectly. It's always a relief knowing my heating and cooling systems are in great hands. The team at Kettle Moraine consistently delivers top-notch service, they're prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Highly recommend them to any homeowner looking for reliable HVAC maintenance!"

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"When our furnace went out the company we have been using for 12 years said they couldn't come out for 3 weeks. When I called Bob he returned my phone call the same day & proceeded to help us resolve the problem. We now have a new furnace & since it was older we decided to have them take care of the air conditioner at the same time. Mamayek Heating was very fair with their quotes & they don't try to sell you a monthly "maintenance fee" for service. Their company is definitely more family driven & you don't feel like just a number, the owner truly cares."

"My experience with Scott with Premium Heating & Cooling was absolutely top notch. Professional all the way through......the quick call back after posting my project, the appointment verification phone call the day before the service call, and showing up when he said he would all stand out. Scott treated me and my properties with total respect. I loved that he explained everything he was doing as he went through the service call, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His pricing is fair and there was not even a hint of any kind of up sell. Scott is now my go to guy for HVAC, and I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Very pleased with our new air conditioner installation. The salesman was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. The installers were efficient and knowledgeable as well. They showed up exactly on time and were finished earlier than I expected. Work areas were cleaned up, inside and out. Not even any metal shavings in the grass where the new ducting was cut. One of the nice gentlemen even explained the new thermostat they installed. I highly recommend Southport Home Services."

"Great Value for the money. He educated me regarding the system that I was getting and gave me information to help me make wise decisions that would enhance my heating system."

"ThermaTek Heating and Air - Jamey Jamrosz, HVAC Specialist/Owner gave me a quote over the phone. I agreed to have him come for any evaluation of my AC. He arrived within 3 hours of my call. After checking everything out, he explained my options and the cost of each. I decided to go with the repair option, which he proceeded to complete the same day. Jamey was fast and personable. I will follow up with him for my HVAC needs for my condo. I will recommend him to my condo neighbors."

"Quick personal response to my initial request. All other vendors responded with generic email, or automated call/voicemail. Josh was to the point, yet personable. He arrived with Kevin and took care of my situation in a fast and professional manner. Felt very comfortable during the entire process! Do your self a favor and call Josh for all your HVAC ne"
