"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

When I called Bob he returned my phone call the same day & proceeded to help us resolve the problem. We now have a new furnace & since it was older we decided to have them take care of the air conditioner at the same time. "I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city. With Lowe's the price that was quoted was the price that I got! I will definitely use their services again!"

"I needed to replace 2 old boilers in my Duplex. Steve came out the day I called. He evaluated my problem and confirmed that my heat exchangers were shot and other issues as well. He recommended 2 good boilers. After having 3 other estimates, Steve gave me a great deal. We shook hands and he was out within 2 days. Install was fairly quick (2 days for removal and installation) a quality and efficient job. After leaving, I noticed they hadn't installed PVC drainpipe off the emergency relief valves, not a big deal, but Steve is coming back out to rectify that issue for me 4 days after my call. I got a 2 year parts and labor warranty as well. They boilers work work great, much better efficiency."
