We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. "I hired Joe to inspect and clean my AC system. I will have him come back this Fall to do the same for the furnace. He was completely honest and made sure I wasn't paying extra for anything I didn't need. He recommended topping off the refrigerant, but said it wasn't necessary, and was upfront about how much he charges per pound of R-22 and how much my system might need. Joe also gave me advise on what maintenance I should regularly do. The pricing was reasonable and probably the cheapest around. He is now going to be my goto HVAC serviceman. I would have no problem recommending him to family and friends."
