"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"

And he did not install the leaf guards. Randy stated he would return to fix errors but has not- there were many excuses and no shows. We paid upfront for materials as he requested. We asked for a refund as he has our money for other projects, too, and he asked if we could wait until after Christmas. We agreed. To date Handyman Randy has not returned our money he pocketed, nor has he dropped off materials he stated he purchased for this and other projects. Randy is unresponsive and shouldn't be trusted."
