"For a long time, I have been thinking about converting the bath and shower in my upstairs bathroom to a walk-in shower. After meeting with Sales Rep Ryan Latko and finding out that Mad City Home Improvement had a lifetime, transferable non-prorated all-inclusive warranty, I gladly picked out all the items I would need for my shower and said to get me on the schedule for my install. And then on Tuesday, November 25, Walter showed up to do my demolition and new install. Walter worked all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving) and I could not be more pleased with the final product – my new and exciting walk-in shower. I spent time each day watching Walter work, asking questions, and making a photo diary of the entire process. If I had to tell someone what I thought of Walter, I would say he was extremely personable, a definite perfectionist, and an absolute wonderful individual as a person and as an employee of Mad City Home Improvement. I guess you can tell at this point that I am 100% satisfied with the entire process to get my new and beautiful walk-in shower and would highly recommend Mad City Home Improvement to anyone who is considering this kind of addition to their own home. I would like to include a before and after picture so you could judge for yourself what a beautiful job that Walter did and understand my excitement with my new walk-in shower, but that feature wasn't available - but look at the similar posting I made on Facebook and you will see the pictures."

Friendly, very focused on communicating with me, making sure thing were going well, and understood that I wanted to keep costs down. When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000). A friend vouched for them before I hired them, and I'll do the same if you want to work with them."

He was everything you want in someone working on your home: excellent communication, reasonable cost, high quality work, prompt, dependable, friendly, neat, cleans up after each day of work, very detail-oriented, and just a really nice guy. He re-screened our 3-season porch, replaced all the exterior wood facings on the porch, hung a new and much improved door on same porch, replaced about 12 feet of cedar privacy fence, and power washed the full exterior of our house.
