"Jim was great to work with! We hired him to install three sets of closet doors in addition to trim. He completed our project quickly, with high quality, and within a reasonable budget. He has the creativity, skillset, and experience to work through challenges that naturally arise in home improvement projects. He communicated often and was on-time each day. "I had Empire Home Remodeling out for a free quote along with five other companies. My project was a two-part project-1st to replace 2 patio doors then 2nd to replace all the windows in my home. After listening to all the sales reps Empire was the 1st quote and the one that I went with. Dontay, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He went over many different options for me to choose from. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions I had. I am extremely happy with the doors. The doors are top quality and the service from the sales rep Dontay, the scheduling team to the installers are top notch. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will be moving forward with them to replace my front entry door and all the windows in my home."
