"Jim was great to work with! We hired him to install three sets of closet doors in addition to trim. He completed our project quickly, with high quality, and within a reasonable budget. He has the creativity, skillset, and experience to work through challenges that naturally arise in home improvement projects. He communicated often and was on-time each day. He was also just an all-around great person, and we enjoyed getting to know him. We're looking forward to working with him again in the future!"

"I had Empire Home Remodeling out for a free quote along with five other companies. My project was a two-part project-1st to replace 2 patio doors then 2nd to replace all the windows in my home. After listening to all the sales reps Empire was the 1st quote and the one that I went with. Dontay, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He went over many different options for me to choose from. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions I had. I am extremely happy with the doors. The doors are top quality and the service from the sales rep Dontay, the scheduling team to the installers are top notch. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will be moving forward with them to replace my front entry door and all the windows in my home."

"Monte did a fantastic job replacing a service door on the side of our garage. He also replaced the trim around our main garage door. There were two other minor exterior repairs that we asked him about and he was able to take care of those as well. He was responsive and professional. He was reasonably priced and gave us an accurate estimate. The work done was high-quality with an attention to detail that left us satisfied customers when the project was complete. Will definitely give him a call for future projects."
