Installed double door 11/30/17, It is 1/5/18 and garage door is off the hinges. have called the phone number on the receipt 6 times, the phone number on Angie's list, (mailbox full). their website contact us form does not work, sent an email, sent texts. I am not one to throw away money, hopefully this company warranty's their work as it says nothing on their receipt. paid $961.24. Someone finally phoned, it is Friday and they won't come until Monday. I guess I will be camping out in my garage to prevent theft. They called from 512-563-1785. Will update after fixed.

The original install was good. As soon as the unit went out of warranty it started hanging the door open halfway and the door had to be disengaged in order to get the car out. Payless came out and replaced rollers, etc. It worked temporarily and then has happened again several times, with three repairs by Payless. Owner was angry and rude on the phone and they no longer answer their phone. Must have me in caller ID. My car is sitting in the driveway and the garage door will not lock leaving my home vulnerable. Am changing my previous A to F.

I think he definitely over charged me. I could have gotten a much better deal. I noticed recently there was a much better deal on Angie’s List. I just believe he is very high. He did a good job, but I think the price was extremely high.   I didn’t purchase the Big Deal, I just went on Angie’s List recommendations. Too high price!

The work that was provided was great initially, I didn't receive a book to switch the code on the door so I called the provider. At first the young man was nice and said he would set the code for me and a day he would come out. I couldn't be home for the first appointment since my wife had surgery so I had to reschedule. The second time I called the gentleman was rude and wanted to charge me 99 dollars for the assistance. Based off this interaction I would not use the provider again.

The person who came to do the work was on time and very polite and professional.  I had asked that the digital keypad be checked since it was not working.  He was able to reprogram in no time and get it working.  Did not try to oversell anything.

We went over the price before he came out to do the work. On monday I received a voice mail that they were going to take me to a collection agency for not paying for the service. They were incredibly rude and said that Angie's list had no record of me paying them. Now today I get another call that I owe 349.00 for what I don't know. I told her I will not pay anything, that the amount I paid Angie's list covered everything that was done per Ivan. Every Time I have talked to them they have been very rude. I cant believe a company can do buisness this way and are completely unorganized.

The work was fine, what I took issue with was the lack of punctuality, I'm talking days, not minutes and the on-site useless up-sell. My service only has a 1 year warranty but it would have been voided if I didn't replace the track wheels (6 years old) which wasn't pointed out until the service was performed. A 1 year warranty is horrible in the first place then making it contingent on some parts that cost 1/2 of the service I had already committed to just didn't feel right. Friendly person and all, good prices but not a stand-out A+ service provider that we on Angie's list are looking for.

When I called, I was able to set up an appointment for the next day and the service time was arranged around my availability. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional.  He diagnosed the problem (grinding noise from the opener) as actually being due to the friction of the rubber rollers in the track of this double door. He suggested replacing them with a plastic/silicone roller and also replacing the spring, which had been painted over when the builder spray painted the garage.  He quoted me a price for the work and the parts on the spot (including tax), so that I could make an informed decision. We decided to proceed. The work took only about 30-45 minutes after which demonstrated the results of what he had done and presented us with a written invoice. He also said that there was a one-year guarantee on their work and gave me a sticker with their contact information to put on the wall be the opener switch. The area was left clean. We are very satisfied with this company's work, responsiveness and professionalism.
